Can I personalise a package?
Yes. Tell us your preferred dates, pace, group size and interests. We will use these details to prepare a personalised quotation.
Do you arrange travel for different group sizes?
We welcome couples, families, solo travellers and groups, including enquiries for team travel. Availability and arrangements are confirmed for each request.
Does requesting a quote confirm a booking?
No. A quotation request starts a conversation. Your final itinerary, price, availability and booking terms must be agreed before confirmation.
Are flights and accommodation included?
It depends on the package. Check the individual itinerary and inclusions. The Zanzibar activity programme does not specify accommodation; ask us to include your requirements in the quotation.
Can you arrange airport transfers and flight ticketing?
Yes. Select the relevant service on the quotation form or include the arrangements you need in your travel enquiry.
Are wildlife sightings guaranteed?
No. Wildlife movements, migration patterns and marine conditions vary. Activities and routes may need to adapt to conditions.
