3-Day Masai Mara Safari

Your safari begins with an early morning pick-up from your hotel or residence in Nairobi. You will depart Nairobi in a comfortable private 4×4 Land Cruiser accompanied by a professional English-speaking driver-guide. The journey takes you through the scenic Great Rift Valley, with a short stop at the viewpoint for photographs before continuing towards the Masai Mara. Upon arrival at Sweet Acacia Lodge, you will check in and enjoy lunch. After a short rest, you will proceed for your first afternoon game drive in the Masai Mara, exploring the vast savannah plains in search of lions, elephants, buffaloes, giraffes, zebras, wildebeest, cheetahs, leopards, hyenas and other wildlife. The game drive will continue until late afternoon before returning to the lodge for dinner and your first overnight stay. Overnight: Sweet Acacia Lodge Meals: Lunch & Dinner

After an early breakfast, you will set out for a full-day game drive in the Masai Mara. The early morning is one of the best times for wildlife viewing, as many animals are active and predators may still be hunting or returning from their night activities. You will explore different parts of the reserve with your experienced guide, who will select the best areas according to wildlife movements and recent sightings. Around midday, you will stop at a designated picnic area for lunch before continuing with the afternoon game drive. The Mara offers the opportunity to see an incredible variety of wildlife, including the Big Five, large herds of wildebeest and zebra, giraffes, antelopes and numerous bird species. During the Great Migration season, the itinerary can also be adjusted according to the location of the herds, although specific wildlife sightings and river crossings cannot be guaranteed. After an early breakfast, you will enjoy a final morning game drive in the Masai Mara, giving you one last opportunity to experience the wildlife and beautiful landscapes of the reserve. You will then return to Sweet Acacia Lodge for check-out and begin your journey back to Nairobi. Depending on the timing, a lunch stop can be arranged along the way. You will arrive in Nairobi in the afternoon and be dropped off at your hotel, residence, airport or another agreed location, marking the end of your safari. Meals: Breakfast & Lunch
