6-Day Masai Mara, Naivasha & Amboseli Safari

Your safari begins with an early morning pick-up from your hotel or residence in Nairobi. You will depart Nairobi in a private 4×4 Land Cruiser accompanied by a professional safari driver- guide and drive towards the Masai Mara. Along the way, you will have a short stop at the Great Rift Valley viewpoint for photographs before continuing through Narok towards the Mara. Upon arrival at Zebra Plains Mara Camp, you will check in and enjoy lunch. After a short rest, you will proceed for your first afternoon game drive in the Masai Mara, exploring the savannah plains in search of lions, elephants, buffaloes, giraffes, zebras, wildebeest, cheetahs, leopards and other wildlife. After an early breakfast, you will leave for a full-day game drive in the Masai Mara. The morning is an excellent time for wildlife viewing, as many animals are active and predators may still be hunting. You will explore different areas of the reserve with your experienced guide, following recent wildlife sightings and animal movements. A picnic lunch can be enjoyed in the reserve, allowing you to maximize your time on safari instead of returning to camp. The afternoon will be spent continuing the game drive, with opportunities to see the Big Five, large herds of wildebeest and zebra, giraffes, antelopes and many bird species. After breakfast, you will check out and begin your journey from the Masai Mara towards Lake Naivasha. The drive takes you through the Great Rift Valley, with beautiful landscapes and countryside scenery along the way. Upon arrival in Naivasha, you will check in at Naivasha Country Club and enjoy lunch. In the afternoon, you can relax at the hotel or, depending on your preference and timing, enjoy an optional boat ride on Lake Naivasha, where you may see hippos and a variety of water birds. After breakfast, you will check out and depart Naivasha for Amboseli National Park. The journey takes you through the Kenyan countryside towards the foothills of Mount Kilimanjaro. Upon arrival in the Amboseli area, you will check in at Kibo Safari Camp and enjoy lunch. After a short rest, you will proceed for an afternoon game drive in Amboseli National Park. Amboseli is particularly famous for its large elephant herds and spectacular views of Mount Kilimanjaro, weather permitting. You will also have the opportunity to see lions, buffaloes, giraffes, zebras, wildebeest, hippos and numerous bird species. After the game drive, you will return to Kibo Safari Camp for dinner and your first overnight stay. Overnight: Kibo Safari Camp Meals: Breakfast, Lunch & Dinner

After an early breakfast, you will set out for a full-day safari in Amboseli National Park. The morning game drive will take you through different sections of the park in search of wildlife, with particular attention to the large elephant herds for which Amboseli is renowned. On a clear morning, you may also enjoy spectacular views of Mount Kilimanjaro rising above the Amboseli plains. You will have a picnic lunch during the day before continuing with the afternoon game drive. Your guide will select the best areas to explore according to wildlife movements and current sightings. After breakfast, you will check out and enjoy a final short game drive as you leave the Amboseli area, giving you one last opportunity to experience the wildlife and scenery of the park. You will then begin your journey back to Nairobi. Depending on your schedule, lunch can be arranged along the way. You will arrive in Nairobi in the afternoon and be dropped off at your hotel, residence, airport or another agreed location, marking the end of your 6-day Kenya safari. Meals: Breakfast & Lunch
