Submitting an enquiry does not create a confirmed booking. Your proposal will set out the available arrangements, price, inclusions and exclusions for your request.
Payment and cancellation
Ask for the applicable payment schedule, cancellation conditions and change fees in writing before accepting a proposal or making a payment. These depend on the arrangements and suppliers involved.
Availability and reference rates
Accommodation, transport, activities and charter vessels are subject to availability. Published reference rates must be confirmed for your dates and group. Unlisted extras are not automatically included.
Itinerary conditions
Wildlife sightings and migration events cannot be guaranteed. Weather, marine conditions and operational needs may affect activities. Confirm the alternatives and applicable conditions with us before booking.
Travel preparation
Check your passport, entry requirements, insurance needs and airline conditions with the relevant official authorities and providers before departure.
